Patricia Beyrer MS, LPC Associate

(Supervised by Hope Torres EdD, LPC-S)

  • We start by building a space where you can be your authentic self. Whether we are meeting via video, phone, or chat, my priority is to offer a non-judgmental environment where your "big emotions" are validated and explored with care.

  • Just as every child needs a different parenting approach, every client needs a different therapeutic path. I draw from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), but I adapt these methods to fit your unique personality, culture, and goals.

  • Many struggles stem from feeling misunderstood. We will work together to:

    • Identify the roots of anxiety or burnout.

    • Develop effective listening and expression skills to improve family and peer dynamics.

    • Build inner structure and confidence so you can navigate life transitions with ease.

  • Therapy isn't just about managing crisis; it’s about finding a sustainable sense of peace. Together, we will navigate your experiences to help you find more balance and a deeper understanding of yourself.

It is wonderful to meet you!

I provide a supportive environment that is warm and caring, full of acceptance and understanding.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-Associate) in Texas. Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or simply seeking a place to reflect and reconnect, I am honored to walk alongside you.

You don’t have to navigate this alone. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for change, I offer a space where your story is valued and your healing is supported. I welcome you to reach out when you're ready—therapy can be a powerful step toward clarity, connection, and feeling more like yourself again.

I believe therapy should be a safe, affirming space where you feel truly seen—and I strive to create that space in every session.

As a mother and wife, I’ve learned firsthand that every individual is unique—there is no "one-size-fits-all" tool for growth. My journey as a school counselor in New York and a crisis counselor for 988 has deepened my passion for being a steady, validating presence for youth and families. I specialize in helping young people navigate "big emotions" that can feel overwhelming, providing them the tools to find balance, confidence, and a voice. Whether you are a parent seeking support or a young person looking to be truly heard, I am here to meet you exactly where you are.

How We’ll Work Together

Healing is a collaborative process. My goal is to ensure you feel supported, heard, and equipped with practical tools from our very first session.

Areas of Focus

  • Supporting emotional overwhelm, chronic stress, and mood challenges with compassion and clarity

  • Helping clients process past trauma, emotional crises, and suicidal ideation with a focus on safety, regulation, and long-term healing.

  • Building practical strategies to manage big feelings, impulsivity, and internal distress.

  • Supporting clients in reconnecting with their worth, voice, and personal values.

  • Navigating change—whether developmental, relational, academic, or professional—with grounded support.

  • Strengthening peer, family, and interpersonal dynamics through empathy and boundaries.

  • Addressing academic stress, peer relationships, bullying, identity development, and school-related anxiety in a supportive space.
