Meet Logan

Hi, and thank you for taking that first step to look into additional support.

I firmly believe therapy should feel like a conversation with someone who genuinely cares—not a place where you feel judged or pressured to have everything figured out. My goal is to create a warm, down-to-earth environment where you can freely share what’s on your mind, process difficult experiences, and develop practical tools to move forward with confidence.

With over five years of experience in crisis intervention (working with 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) and mental health services, I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals during some of their most difficult moments. These experiences have taught me a fundamental truth: real healing happens through genuine connection, deep compassion, and a therapeutic relationship built entirely on trust.

Because no two journeys are the same, I take an integrative and highly personalized approach to counseling. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities and theories to align with your unique needs, goals, and strengths. Together, we will explore what is working, address where you feel stuck, and collaborate to create meaningful, sustainable change.

Areas of Focus

  • Trauma isn’t just a memory in your head; it often gets trapped in your body as physical tension, chronic stress, or a constant feeling of being on edge. Somatic-focused work connects the mind and body. We work together to help your nervous system feel safe again, allowing you to process past experiences and release the physical weight of trauma.

  • Grief doesn't come with a manual, and it isn’t limited to the death of a loved one—it can be the loss of a relationship, a career, or a life chapter you weren't ready to close. There is no "right" way to grieve. This is a secure space to honor your pain, navigate the waves of loss, and figure out how to carry it forward without feeling consumed by it.

  • Anxiety can feel like a mind that won't shut off, while depression can make even getting out of bed feel like a massive chore. Both can leave you feeling completely isolated. We will work to uncover the roots of these feelings, break the cycles of heavy thoughts or constant worry, and build daily habits that bring back a sense of calm and motivation.

  • When you’ve been running on empty for too long, your mind and body eventually hit a wall. Burnout leaves you feeling emotionally exhausted, detached, and like you have nothing left to give. We’ll focus on resetting your baseline, establishing healthy boundaries, and creating sustainable routines so you can regain your energy and feel like yourself again.

  • Change is inevitable, but that doesn't make it easy. Whether you’re navigating a new job, a breakup, relocation, or a major identity shift, transitions can make you feel ungrounded. We’ll work on sorting through the chaos, managing the stress of the unknown, and helping you step into your next chapter with clarity and confidence.

  • Sometimes emotions can feel so intense that they completely hijack your day, leading to outbursts, shutting down, or feeling utterly overwhelmed by what you're feeling. Emotional regulation isn't about hiding or burying your feelings; it's about learning how to recognize, understand, and ride the wave of your emotions so you remain in control—not them.

  • When emotional pain becomes too heavy to bear, thoughts of self-harm or ending your life can surface as a way to make the hurting stop. If you are in this dark place, you don't have to carry it alone. Together, we will build a dedicated safety plan, unpack the underlying pain, and work through the heaviest moments in a completely judgment-free, supportive space.

A Personalized Approach
