It is a pleasure to meet you.

I provide compassionate guidance for the modern mind

I believe that true growth happens when you feel seen, heard, and deeply understood. As a person-centered counselor with a diverse background as both a former business owner and high school teacher, I offer more than just clinical support—I offer a real-world perspective on the pressures of modern life. Whether you are a student navigating the social complexities of high school or a high-achieving professional battling "imposter syndrome," I understand the weight of the expectations placed upon you.

Empowering Teens and Adults

My practice is a safe harbor for those navigating self-harm, bullying, and low self-esteem. Using a trauma-informed approach, I help both teens and adults navigate struggles they are facing that can make then question themselves, or make facing forward difficult.

I help adolescents and adults navigating self-harm, bullying, low self-esteem, and imposter syndrome. I provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered to grow. I help teens build emotional awareness, confidence, and healthy coping skills, while developing assertive communication and social skills to navigate relationships and peer dynamics.

I support high-achieving adults and professionals, experiencing workplace bullying and chronic self-doubt, helping them set boundaries, strengthen confidence, and feel more secure in their abilities

My Therapeutic Style

My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I often integrate creative avenues—such as discussing the role of video games and digital life—to better understand how you interact with the world. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inherent strengths, build lasting self-worth, and navigate your journey with confidence.

Core Areas of Focus

Teens Struggling with Bullying

Navigating the social landscape of middle and high school is harder than ever. I help teens process the trauma of exclusion or harassment, rebuild their sense of safety, and develop "social armor" to maintain their dignity and mental health in difficult school environments.

Anxiety, Depression, & Burnout

Whether it’s the pressure to perform or a heavy cloud that won’t lift, I help clients identify the root of their exhaustion. For ADHD clients, we specifically address "ADHD Burnout"—the unique fatigue that comes from constantly overcompensating for executive functioning challenges.

Workplace Bullying for Adults & High Achievers

High-achieving professionals often face toxic dynamics or "Imposter Syndrome" that leaves them doubting their worth. Drawing on my experience as a business owner, I help professionals set firm boundaries, navigate office politics, and regain their confidence after being targeted in the workplace.

Trauma, Crisis, & SI (Suicidal Ideation)

I provide a stabilized, trauma-informed space for those in the midst of a crisis. We work on immediate safety while slowly unpacking the underlying trauma, helping clients move from a state of "surviving" to a state of "processing" and eventually, thriving.

ADHD Management (With or Without Medication)

Living with ADHD often feels like having a Ferrari engine for a brain but with bicycle brakes. I help adolescents and adults navigate the complexities of neurodivergence, whether they choose a pharmacological path or a strictly behavioral one. My approach focuses on moving away from "trying harder" and toward "functioning differently."

Emotional Regulation & Coping Skills

I teach practical tools to manage "big emotions." For those with ADHD, this includes managing Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD) and emotional impulsivity, providing you with a toolkit to stay grounded when life feels overwhelming.

Self-Esteem

Many clients carry a "shame narrative" from years of feeling "not enough." I help you challenge these core beliefs, reconnect with your inherent strengths, and build a self-image that is defined by your resilience rather than your perceived failures.

Peer Relationships & Social Skills

Building and maintaining friendships requires a complex set of social cues. I work with adolescents and adults to navigate these dynamics, focusing on authenticity, reading social nuances, and finding "your people" in a digital-heavy world.

Communication Skills

Effective communication is the foundation of healthy living. I help clients develop assertive communication—the ability to speak your truth and advocate for your needs without aggression or passivity, whether in the classroom or the boardroom.

Support for Students

As a former teacher, I understand the "hidden curriculum" of school. I support students with academic anxiety, IEP/504 advocacy, and the executive function skills (organization, planning, initiation) required to succeed in a demanding educational system.

Group Support for Domestic Violence

Healing doesn't have to happen in isolation. I facilitate a safe environment for survivors to share their stories, break the cycle of isolation, and find collective strength and validation through shared experience and professional guidance.
