A Counselor for Counselors
All of us that help others need a place to be heard, balanced, supported, and help to maintain our own mental health. It is important to maintain our own mental health in order to provide our people the best of our abilities.
Counselors help people manage their lives, emotions, traumas, behaviors, and more. Too many counselors try to manage all they hear and manage their own emotions, lives, and trauma that can be triggered through sessions.
Let one of your peers be there to support you and understand what you are experiencing. We are here to support each other and help each other to continue to move forward to provide our people the best service we can give them.
